LIVERPOOL INTERESTED IN DUO SIGNINGS

Liverpool are reportedly interested in the signing of Nigerian sensation Samuel Chukwueze according to reports from Spain.

The 20-year-old Villareal winger has enjoyed a breakout campaign for the club regularly terrorizing opposing defences with a mix of pace and dribbling skills.

He possesses all the qualities to develop into an excellent all-around player and the Spanish League is the perfect League to nurture his talents as its focuses on the technical side of the game.

It is understood that Liverpool are monitoring his situation with the club interested in the player.  Liverpool have come a longway since the days of Andrea Dossena and are among the biggest spenders in the transfer market.

Chukwueze has a release clause of £52 million which could be triggered by the Reds but it is believed that a fee of around £30 million should suffice for his services,

Chukwueze would be best served to stay at Villareal for a second season and establish his position as one of the top wingers in the Spanish top flight.

Chuwueze enjoyed a good season netting eight times and providing four goals in all competitions as Villareal narrowly escaped relegation.

Meanwhile Leicester star James Maddison is reportedly a target for the Anfield outfit. The Daily Star claims that the Reds are looking to offer transfer fee of £60 million to sign the 22-year-old.

Maddison was one of the players that caught the eye in the Premier League this season putting up impressive performances for Leicester City. Playing just behind talisman Jamie Vardy in the advanced midfield position Maddison skill and creative nous stood out this season.

Maddison is seen as a player that ticks all boxes as a young English player with the potential to develop into a world-class player in the future.

He bagged seven goals and provided a further seven which underlined his status as one of the most complete midfielders in the Premier League.
